                                                                   Faulty Tubes We will only accept returns on faulty units. The reason for this is that we do not resell returned units, even when in full working condition. The warranty period for our products is 14 days from date of purchase. If you feel you have a faulty unit for any reason, please contact us within this timeframe via the email address turnerelectronics1@gmail.com in the first instance to notify the reason for return. All units created at Turner Electronics are tested and measured in advance. All units on the site that are advertised have been tested and passed With all QGS units, Prior to any refund or exchange, Turner Electronics will first test the back, to Make sure our internal seal has not been opened, thus voiding warranty, and we will also test the tube(s), review the batch/codes and check that it is, in fact, the tube sent with the units, While tubes are tested and measured prior to being sold that is not to say things can’t be faulty.· If your unit arrives broken please provide pictures of the packaging and the product damaged as soon as received. Contact us via the email address with the subject 'broken delivery'.·        

         DOA: Dead on arrival. this tube preamp isn't like most other pedals, it has GLASS TUBES in them that run at 300+voltages,,High voltages are present, if opened,, this will void warranty, so when i say its a JCM in a box,, i actually mean it,,It is the preamp stage and tone stack of a full voltage amplifier,,, so it cant be knocked around like most other pedals,or just left on, as this will eventually burn out the SMPS, and because of power restrictions on most power supplies, it needs its own supply, (supplied)  the tone from these is very pure,,
