We are also an authorized Service and Warranty Repair Agent for most major brands  

Diagnostic fees are as follows:

• $120 Plus Taxes All Non Warranty Repairs
• $180 Plus Taxes For ALL Insurance Damage Claim reports

 We will perform a preliminary diagnostic test to determine what needs to be repaired, and if the repair exceeds $200, we will provide an estimated cost so you can decide whether to have the unit repaired or replaced. . All warranty repairs  must be preauthorized  for service. You must contact us with the make, model, serial number, complaint and all your information and we will email you back the Return Authorization Form. there is a minimum 1 hour labor charge on all non-warranty repairs.

When making an insurance claim for your damaged electrical unit – or other  devices – your insurer will likely ask you to obtain an insurance claim report to accompany your insurance claim. This will incur a $180 Plus tax diagnostic fee that you will get back from your insurer 

At Turner Electronic Repairs and Service we charge a flat fee of $180 Plus tax (remember your insurance provider will return this fee) to provide you with a first rate Full insurance claim report that provides all the necessary information that your insurer will need in order to be able to process your insurance claim.  There will be an extra fee for large items (dump fee $30)
